OmniTRAX, Suppliers and Customers Donate to Healing Warriors Program to Provide Non-Drug Therapies for Active Military and Veterans

OmniTRAX, Inc., one of the largest privately held transportation service companies in North America and an affiliate of The Broe Group, teamed up with its customers and suppliers to provide more than $30,000 to the Healing Warriors Program, a non-profit treatment provider for current and past members of the military in Northern Colorado. The donation was made at the OmniTRAX Annual Golf tournament held August 28th at the Omni Interlocken Hotel in Broomfield, CO.

“Giving back to the communities where we operate is very important to everyone at OmniTRAX, especially when the effort addresses critical issues like the welfare of our troops and veterans. We will continue supporting groups like the Healing Warriors Program to do our part in ensuring the appropriate treatments are available to the people who help keep our nation safe,” said Kevin Shuba, CEO of OmniTRAX, who is a US Army veteran.

“We are so grateful to OmniTRAX and the many customers and suppliers who were very generous with their support of our program. The money raised will provide our heroes with non-drug treatment to address military-related health issues like post traumatic stress disorders,” said Ana Yelen, Executive Director of Healing Warriors Program.

Several veterans who receive treatment through the Healing Warriors Program joined OmniTRAX, suppliers, customers, and railroad partner executives for the company’s annual supplier golf tournament, which raised additional funds for the charity.

“Our group really appreciated OmniTRAX inviting us to the tournament and the reception we got from all the golfers. It was a special day. We’re also thankful for the donation made to Healing Warriors Program, which has been a Godsend to me personally,” said Barry Fulcher, who served in the US Air Force during the Vietnam War.
