Joining the board of leading scientists and doctors from around the world, Dr. Pamp will bring to uBiome extensive insights on next-generation sequencing technology and clinical sample preparation, in addition to an expertise on the microbiome and host immune system. The appointment will help uBiome continue its advancement in human microbiome research.

Dr. Pamp completed her PhD in Biotechnology, with an emphasis in Biomedical Microbiology, at the Technical University of Denmark. She pursued her postdoc at Stanford University School of Medicine and also served as a research associate there, along with the Palo Alto Veterans Institute for Research. Dr. Pamp has authored nearly 20 peer-reviewed journal articles and also contributed to a scientific book with content covering bacterial biofilm formation and adaptation.
