PATRIOT to Construct New Global Headquarters

PATRIOT is pleased to announce that it has received conditional approval from the Calvert County Planning Commission to construct its new global headquarters. PATRIOT currently leases multiple spaces in Dunkirk, but has outgrown its current location. Rather than relocate the company to a neighboring jurisdiction, PATRIOT chose to keep the company headquartered in Dunkirk due to the quality of life that Calvert County offers. The new 2-story, 15,000 square foot facility will be built less than a mile from its current leased location.

With furtherance from the Calvert County Department of Planning and Zoning, granting PATRIOT’s request for a “fast-tracked” project, PATRIOT anticipates breaking ground on the construction on the state-of-the-art building at the corner of W. Ward and Ferry Landing Roads in December of 2018 and hopes to be completed construction by the summer of 2019. Moving from the Company’s current location coincides with the growth of PATRIOT and will increase the number of permanent, full-time employees at its corporate headquarters.
