Wynnchurch Capital Acquires Boss Industries, LLC

Wynnchurch Capital, LLC (“Wynnchurch”) announced today that it has acquired Boss Industries, LLC ("Boss"). Boss is a leader in power take-off (PTO) and engine driven rotary screw air technology, offering a full line of vehicle-integrated compressors as well as vapor recovery systems.
