Moving iMage Technologies, Inc. Files for Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock Under Regulation A+

Moving iMage Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) today announced that it has filed Form 1-A with the Securities and Exchange Commission to make an initial public offering of its common stock under Regulation A+. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. The initial public offering is expected to commence after the Securities and Exchange Commission completes its review process, subject to market and other conditions.
