Jeff has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Hartford, is a Licensed Professional Engineer, and has 27 years of experience in civil engineering and construction. Jeff was most recently a Vice President of the Heavy Highway Division for a specialty environmental and construction company. He serves as the President of the Connecticut Road Builders Association, a division of the Connecticut Construction Industry Association and is active with both groups.
