Century Business Solutions Announces New Payment Integration for QuickBooks Online
IRVINE, Calif., March 29, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Century Business Solutions, a leading merchant services provider, has launched a new integrated payment application for QuickBooks Online.
The application integrates with QuickBooks Online and allows users to process credit, debit, ACH, and EMV payments in QuickBooks Online.
The application simplifies the accounting process by automatically posting payments to invoices, eliminating double data entry and time-consuming manual accounting processes.
In addition to increasing users' efficiency, the application also secures lower processing costs by automatically qualifying credit cards at lower rates, significantly reducing the amount that businesses pay each month to process credit cards.

Users of the QuickBooks Online payment application will have access to an online customer payment portal. Customers can log in to the portal to view and pay off their invoices. Once they make a payment, the merchant can sync the payment back to QuickBooks Online with a single click.
To further streamline the collections process, merchants can also use email pay with QuickBooks Online. With email pay, merchants can send emails to their customers containing links to pay off invoices. When a customer clicks on the link, they're taken to a secure web form to make a payment. Email pay gives customers a convenient and safe way make payments and reduces the burden of collections for merchants.
The payment application is fully PCI compliant and uses encryption and tokenization to protect sensitive credit card data. Data is stored off site on secure servers, reducing merchants' liability in the event of a data breach.
