New Leadership as Alain Pinel Realtors Embarks as Compass
SARATOGA, Calif., June 6, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- As APR transitions into Compass, with new branding hitting the marketplace in late May, two new management shifts have occurred in the East Bay.
Jeff Samuels has been brought on as the Office Manager for the Montclair and Alameda offices. Jeff joins with over 15 years of real estate experience where he utilized his educational background in mechanical engineering and a passion for helping people accomplish their goals to become a top producing broker and eventually owner and operator of two Better Homes Realty franchises.
In 2018, Jeff joined Compass and saw an even greater increase in his business that he attributed to the use of Compass tools and leveraging the large network of collaborative agents. With over a third of his recent real estate sales business being conducted in the cities of Oakland and Alameda, Jeff brings both local and macro perspectives.
AJ Cohen has also taken on the role of Vice President and Office Manager of the Danville office. AJ, a long time APR agent, has nearly 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, most recently as a sales professional. The managerial experiences that AJ gained from his business past has set the foundation for his continued success at this new Compass branch as well as his strong connections and understanding of client relocation.
