SOUTH AFRICA IMPLEMENTS NEW BBBEE CHARTER FOR “DIP” OBLIGATIONS
South Africa has started to implement the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) Defence Sector Charter. The charter was published last November and explained in CTO 23 dated December 3rd, 2018.
The charter requires companies to procure at least 60 percent of products from local companies.
