iModules Announces New Connector to Bridge Encompass and Salesforce

Customers will now be able to automate a bi-directional data sync between systems to ensure the most accurate constituent information is accessible within both systems.

The iModules Connector for Salesforce will empower Encompass users with the ability to:

    --  Streamline processes, save time, and gain operational efficiency with an
        automated data sync between Encompass and their Salesforce instance
    --  Manage constituent profile information and a donor's historical gift
        data
    --  Customize a schedule for synchronizing data with weekly, daily, and
        hourly options
    --  Benefit from an optional approval view, where admins can review recent
        data changes before committing the updates to Salesforce
    --  Map constituent profile fields in Encompass and native/custom Salesforce
        objects
