Schools can use merge fields to include student-specific information, such as students' names or the exact number of times a student was absent. Parents receive these notices by app notification, text, email or a voice call, depending on their preferences. In-depth reporting metrics allow admins to track the delivery status of notices, so schools can identify if any parents did not receive the communication, and subsequently contact those individuals through other means.
