Introducing the Reell TI-360 Torque Insert with 'One-way' Torque

With this release, Reell's 'One-way' torque technology is now available for all products in the TI-300 Series. 'One-way' torque eliminates nearly all the torque required to move the hinge in one direction, without compromising the holding force in the other. This makes the TI-360 ideal for vertical adjustment applications, where it holds solidly against gravity in the downward direction, while remaining easy to adjust in the upward direction. It is available with torques from 6.0 to 10.0 N-m, configured for high torque in either the forward or reverse direction.
Applications include enclosure doors, covers, monitors, hatches, and many other components requiring ideal position control and adjustability in the industrial, medical, office, and consumer electronics equipment marketplace.
The TI-360 provides high torque in a compact package and is designed to be press fit into a variety of materials. Because of its unique inline mounting, the TI-360 is concealed from the user when installed. This can reduce the overall package size and improve the aesthetics of the application.
