Institutional Shareholder Services and Glass Lewis Recommend “FOR” Votes for Iteris Board Members

(“ISS”) and Glass, Lewis & Co., LLC (“Glass Lewis”) recommending Iteris shareholders vote FOR each of Iteris’ director nominees:
