OSI Systems, Inc. Announces New Director

OSI Systems, Inc. (the “Company” or “OSI Systems”) (NASDAQ: OSIS) today announced the election of Kelli Bernard to its Board of Directors. Ms. Bernard brings a wealth of experience and insight to OSI’s Board, having served as Deputy Mayor for Economic Development for the City of Los Angeles, overseeing eight departments, including Los Angeles World Airports and the Port of Los Angeles, with a combined annual budget of more than $6 billion. Ms. Bernard currently serves as Executive Vice President and National Cities Leader for AECOM, a premier global infrastructure firm that has been a thought leader in the development of airports, hospitals, sports stadiums and other critical infrastructure. Ms. Bernard also serves on the boards of The Archer School for Girls, the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce and the Los Angeles Economic Development Corporation.
