Hubbell Power Systems, Inc. (HPS) Acquires Cantega Technologies

We are pleased to announce that on Monday, December 9, Hubbell Power Systems, Inc. (HPS) acquired Cantega Technologies and its associated brands, GreenJacket, Reliaguard and Cantega RTS. Cantega joins the Hubbell Power Systems Group, led by Group President Allan Connolly.

Founded in 2001, Cantega is known for innovative animal mitigation solutions and services. They will be part of the Power Systems Division led by Division President Mark Mikes.
