What makes the SoftwareReviews Data Quadrant different? Inclusion of aggregated emotional response ratings in the areas of service, negotiation, product impact, conflict resolution, and strategy and innovation create a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and its product from the software users' point of view. SoftwareReviews calls this insight the Net Emotional Footprint.

DISCO Review, with a Net Emotional Footprint of +90, has scored top product in many categories, specifically exceeding user expectations in usability and intuitiveness, ease of IT administration, ease of implementation, and annotations. Epiq, with a Net Emotional Footprint of +95, performed well overall, receiving top product in optical character recognition. GoldFynch, with a Net Emotional Footprint of +82, received top product in breadth of features, and product strategy and rate of improvement.
