Soccer Technology and Experience Brand TOCA Welcomes Soccer Hall of Famer Abby Wambach and Global Marketing Executive Richelle Parham to Board of Directors, Confirms $15 Million in New Funding

COSTA MESA, Calif., Sept. 23, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- TOCA Football, Inc. (TOCA), the world's first soccer-focused and technology-enabled experience company, has appointed Abby Wambach and Richelle Parham to its Board of Directors.

Wambach is a two-time Olympic gold medalist and FIFA World Cup Champion. She was the United States' leading scorer in the 2007 and 2011 Women's World Cup tournaments and the 2004 and 2012 Olympics. An activist for equality and inclusion, Abby is the author of the New York Times bestsellers "Forward: A Memoir" and "Wolfpack." She is co-founder of Wolfpack Endeavor, which is revolutionizing leadership development for women in the workplace and beyond through her champion mindset, individualized coaching and team-bound focus.

In addition, TOCA recently secured $15 million in a new financing facility. To date, TOCA has raised a total of $65 million in capital and is expected to release additional funding updates later in 2020. TOCA previously announced the closing of its Series D funding led by existing shareholders WRG, RNS and affiliated family office investors with roots in the technology sector.
