Beguerie previously was vice president of human resources at Chart Industries, a position he held for two years. Before that, he spent eight years as director of human resources, regional services director, regional services director, and global human resources director at Dresser-Rand – Siemens. He has held related positions in human resources at various global companies throughout his career.

He is also a Certified NLP Coach and Certified ScrumMaster®, certifications that motivate high-performance teams and encourages associates and clients to solve complex projects through feedback, communications and collaboration.
