Rolls-Royce vend Bergen Engines à un groupe britannique
Le groupe industriel Rolls-Royce, spécialiste de moteurs d'avion, a annoncé mardi la finalisation de la vente du producteur norvégien de moteurs pour bateaux Bergen Engines au groupe industriel britannique Langley Holdings pour un montant total de 91 millions d'euros.
La Norvège avait bloqué en mars la vente de cette entreprise...
