L'américain Heico a finalisé le rachat du français Exxelia
Le groupe américain d'électronique et de défense Heico a finalisé le rachat de l'entreprise française de technologie Exxelia, jusqu'ici contrôlée par un fonds britannique, l'Etat français ne s'y étant pas opposé.
La finalisation de la transaction, dévoilée vendredi par La Tribune, a été annoncée la veille par le groupe américain....
