Le groupe informatique Atos, en pleine déconfiture financière, a dû renoncer lundi au projet d'augmentation de capital censé lui apporter une bouffée d'oxygène et annoncé faire appel à un mandataire ad hoc pour l'aider à négocier avec ses banques créancières.
