Mines antipersonnel: l'Estonie notifie à l'ONU son retrait du traité
Le ministère estonien des Affaires étrangères a annoncé vendredi soir avoir notifié formellement à l'ONU le retrait de ce pays balte de la convention internationale interdisant les mines antipersonnel, en vue de renforcer sa défense suite à l'agression russe en Ukraine.
