SPECTO is a private owned Aerospace company and your independent business partner with a broad in-house capability. SPECTO offers availability to customers by means of specialized composite and sheet metal repair solutions for primary and secondary Fixed & Rotary wing components, both from our two repair locations and in the field, on your hangar premises.

Our customers include civil and military operators, fixed wing aircraft- helicopter- and component MROs, major OEMs and parts management organizations throughout the world.

About SPECTO Aerospace
SPECTO Aerospace bv, located at Amsterdam Lelystad-Airport, The Netherlands, is an EASA/FAA/TCCA-Part145, AS9100 and ISO9001 certified composite repair facility. SPECTO Aerospace capability covers a broad range of composite, sheet metal and hybrid assemblies. In addition, SPECTO Aerospace offers component exchange and loan services to support customers in AOG situations.

SPECTO Aerospace has extensive experience with repair, overhaul, painting and lifespan extension of an extended range structural composite and sheet-metal components with high-end applications. SPECTO Aerospace is specialist in combined repair of Flight Control Surfaces, structures and Radomes, RF microwave testing included.

About SPECTO Services
SPECTO Services bv (previously Airborne Services B.V.), located at Airbase Woensdrecht is an EASA Part 145 approved and MAA-NLD A-145 accredited maintenance organization, and FAA 14 CFR Part 145 Repair Station. Furthermore, the company is AS9110 certified. The facility at the Main Support Base of the RNLAF in Woensdrecht is fully equipped to maintain and repair helicopter rotor blades and structures for civil and military operators.

Approvals 
Helicopter Repairs
SPECTO Aerospace is an EASA Part 145 approved and MAA-NLD A-145 accredited maintenance organization, and FAA 14 CFR Part 145 repair station. SPECTO Aerospace is AS9110B certified and has OEM approvals of Boeing, MDHI and HTC.

Fixed Wing Repairs
The high quality standard and capability of SPECTO Aerospace in quality system, service response time, accuracy and good craftsmanship is covered by several recognized Aerospace Approvals and Certifications:

SPECTO Aerospace is an EASA, FAA and TCCA Part-145 approved Aircraft Component Maintenance Organization having an extensive range of C-ratings and is ISO9001:2015 and AS9100-Rev.D certified for manufacturing related activities (Technology-, Space- and Aerospace markets). The AS9100 certification is equivalent to EN 9100:2016 and JISQ 9100-2016.

The Scope of Work and Capability of SPECTO Aerospace covers an extensive range of composite repairs of structural aircraft components and manufacturing of composite parts for technology systems. SPECTO is able to release its composite repairs to aircraft components and aircraft fuselage repairs with an EASA/FAA/TCCA Triple Release Certificate.

Based on years of high safety and quality scores, SPECTO Aerospace has a preferential status with the Dutch Civil Aviation Authorities which is laid down in a covenant.

Innovation and R&D programs
SPECTO Aerospace is involved in several R&D programs and works closely with national and international knowledge institutes. An improved balancing system is currently under development to reduce the number of Rotor Track and Balance Flights. As part of a Dutch consortium SPECTO Aerospace is furthermore working on the automation of part of the repair process by using robot technology.
