SES S.A.S., is an engineering company located in Colombia and dedicated to the distribution and maintenance of firefighting, industrial safety and occupational health equipment. The Company was founded in 1982 by Mr. Rafael Varela Suarez, in Cartagena de Indias.
SES S.A.S. is currently offering its services mainly to the industrial and maritime sectors. Throughout its 27 year experience, the Company has managed to stand out and consolidate its presence in the market through the delivery of high quality services.

SES S.A.S., is a company oriented towards the provision of engineering services to the naval and industrial sectors, as well as the distribution and maintenance of firefighting, occupational health and industrial safety equipment, in compliance with the different industrial requirements.

Certification
SES S.A.S. is certified under the following certifications:
Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance: repair and maintenance of firefighting systems and equipment, such as fixed CO2 stations, halon and firefighting systems (sprinkles), portable and non-portable extinguishers, self-contained breathing apparatuses and hydrostatic testing for cylinders.
Bureau Veritas: provision of maintenance services on portable and fixed firefighting systems and self-contained breathing apparatuses.
Germanischer Lloyd: repair and maintenance of self-contained breathing apparatuses, maintenance of firefighting equipment and systems, CO2 high and low pressure firefighting systems, Halon (firefighting agent) systems, dry chemical powder systems, portable and movable extinguishers, hydrostatic testing, repair of CO2 and Halon cylinders.
ABS certification: provision of maintenance and repair services on firefighting equipment.

Fire Fighting Equipment
SES S.A.S. is a distributor of firefighting and fire detection equipment, portable and non-portable fire extinguishers, hoses, cabinets, valves and other fire extinguisher spare parts, as well as fire extinguisher charging stations. The Company also offers maintenance and repair services on the aforementioned equipment.
Charging Stations
SES S.A.S. is a distributor of charging stations, namely:
- Charging stations for portable and non-portable fire extinguishers,
- Stations for the coupling of CI hoses (copper threads or expansion rings),
- Stations for hydrostatic testing for high and low pressure cylinders, fire hoses and SCBA (Self Contained Breathing Apparatus) cylinders,
- Stations for hydrostatic tests on C.I. hoses,
- Stations for dry air charging (up to 5.500 PSI),
- CO2 charging stations.
