AIMS'S Sales & PC Consumables department was started in 1985. Bearing in mind our customer's needs for computers supplies in a day-to-day basis, we have grown into what is now considered on of Kuwait's largest and best suppliers of computer consumables. We have a yearly sales exceeding one million Kuwaiti Dinars. Representing major brands from all over the world such as 3M/Imation, BASF, Verbatim, HP, IBM, Epson, Panasonic, Curtis and much more, we have provided our customers with a facility where they can buy data cartridges, diskettes, magnetic tapes, microfilms, data safes, pre-printed forms, printer ribbons, screen filters or even mouse pads all under one roof.

The Projects Division is the newest in the company, being founded in 1995 with the aim of penetrating the market of Information Technology by building complete automated systems with all its relevant phases.

AIM'S backlog services offer the implementation services to assist organizations in applying automated system into its backlog files. AIMS is specialized in processing, organizing and storing mass quantities of files and documents by using image processing or microfilm. Technical teams are always available for the various stages of implementation (file preparation, classification, indexing, data entry, quality assurance, scanning or microfilming).

AIMS enjoys the confidence of many clients in this field as shown by some of its following projects:

• Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (4.75 million documents).
• Ministry of Oil (7 million documents).
• Council of Ministers for the records ot the Kuwaiti National Assembly-Kuwaiti Nationality files (1 million documents).
• Civil Service Commission - Personal Information System 1st stage (2 million documents in 10 months) and 2nd stage (0.5 million documents in 10 months).
• Ministry of Planning - Census Project for the year 1975 (1 million documents).
• Ministry of Justice (Real Estate Registration Department) - transfer of microfilm data into electronic format.
