The ANTONIO JOSÉ CAMACHO UNIVERSITY INSTITUTE, is a public academic institution founded in 1969 and specialising in professional and postgraduate education in areas, such as engineering, ICT’s, management, health, education, basic and human sciences.

The University offers graduate and undergraduate programs in different faculties. Since its foundation, the ANTONIO JOSÉ CAMACHO UNIVERSITY INSTITUTE has established policies that allow students to do internships as part of the assessment of their capabilities. Additionally, the University offers tuition scholarships to high-potential students as it believes that higher education should be available to those who do not have the necessary funds to pursue it.

The ANTONIO JOSÉ CAMACHO UNIVERSITY INSTITUTE is a public entity, committed to excellence and contributing significantly to the advancement of science, technology and culture, as well as the socio-economic transformation and development of the region and the country. The University, through its undergraduate and postgraduate programs in the areas of engineering, information technologies, health, education, basic and human sciences, aims to become a promoter of the regional and national development.

The University aims to maintain its position as a well-known institution among the public and private institutions at a national and international level. To achieve this, the institution focuses on the internationalization of its academic programs, maintaining high quality standards in all its processes, as well as innovation, excellence, commitment, leadership and welfare as its main principles.

Colciencias Project

Generation and analysis of stereoscopic images from two-dimensional images. This is a Project developed by Inteligo group, faculty of engineering.
