FUNDACIÓN UNIVERSITARIA LOS LIBERTADORES offers five pre-graduate programs:

Aeronautical Engineering Program:

This program forms professional engineers with a clear technical knowledge in Aeronautics that are able to diagnose and formulate solutions and apply adequate techniques in the general maintenance of aircrafts.

Electronic Engineering Program:

This programs intends to make students develop their design abilities in order to be able to plan and establish mathematical models and analyze, build and implement electronic systems in the field of Telecommunications, Automatization, Control, Robotics, Nets, Electro medicine, Digital Systems, Microelectronics and Power Engineering.

Industrial Engineering Program:

According to the philosophy of the FUNDACIÓN UNIVERSITARIA LOS LIBERTADORES, an industrial engineer is a professional engineer engaged to the different fields of the industry.

Mechanical  Engineering Program:

A Mechanical Engineer is a professional engineer with abilities to plan, design, build and maintain components and systems, in order to provide a solution to the multiple and varied problems that arise in the industrial world.

System  Engineering Program:

A system engineer is a professional engineer that is able to plan, analyze, design, implement and evaluate integral solutions and projects in the fields of Software Engineering, Teleinformatics, etc.

FUNDACIÓN UNIVERSITARIA LOS LIBERTADORES’ faculty of education is forming professionals with values and respect for diversity. These professionals follow the pedagogical practices and contribute to the country’s educational development.

FUNDACIÓN UNIVERSITARIA LOS LIBERTADORES’ faculty of psychology is forming professionals that deal with the wellbeing and development problems and have an extensive knowledge on advanced pedagogy and educational technology.

FUNDACIÓN UNIVERSITARIA LOS LIBERTADORES’ faculty of law is aiming to form legal professionals with the highest academic, humanistic, cultural and political qualities.

FUNDACIÓN UNIVERSITARIA LOS LIBERTADORES’ faculty of management is aiming to train professionals in the management science, so as to have a broad perspective and understanding of the business environment, the globalization and the international and organizational relations.

FUNDACIÓN UNIVERSITARIA LOS LIBERTADORES’ faculty of communication is forming professionals with knowledge that responds to the needs and problems of society. The faculty of communication proposes new ideas for the building of a better society, by expanding markets and generating social, national and international transformation scenarios.

FUNDACIÓN UNIVERSITARIA LOS LIBERTADORES’ faculty of economics and accounting is forming professionals in economics that are able to propose alternative policy designs, contributing to the economic growth of modern society.

FUNDACIÓN UNIVERSITARIA LOS LIBERTADORES provides research groups seeking to resolve concerns and questions and trying to meet the demands and needs of reality.

Environmental Quality and Cleaner Production Line:

This line recognizes the problems of environmental pollution and promotes preventive actions. A better environmental quality would mean a better social and economic development.

Software Engineering Line:

This line contributes to the development of software engineering by developing self-adaptive products of high quality and generating new knowledge and information systems.

Signals and Systems Engineering Line:

This line contributes to applied science and technology through the development of mathematical models, functional methodologies and solution designing.

Energy Research Line:

This study is aiming to strengthen energy research and product and services development within the community and education.

FUNDACIÓN UNIVERSITARIA LOS LIBERTADORES has developed the “Design and manufactured techniques for Unmanned Aircraft Vehicles (UAV)” project for the faculty of engineering. Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) was created so that the engineering and development groups would know the design parameters within which aerodynamic structures can be implemented.

FUNDACIÓN UNIVERSITARIA LOS LIBERTADORES has developed distance or presential specialization courses, such as:

Distance courses:

• Ludic pedagogy for cultural development,
• Arts,
• Music pedagogy for social and cultural development,
• Recreation ecology.

Presential courses:

• Business administration,
• Applied statistics,
• International logistics management.

E-learning or ICT mediated education has become the best alternative for education and training. For that reason, FUNDACIÓN UNIVERSITARIA LOS LIBERTADORES is offering distance courses fitted to the student’s needs, using interactive tools in order to support training and communication processes.

FUNDACIÓN UNIVERSITARIA LOS LIBERTADORES is equipped with advanced laboratories for experimental practices:

• Fluid and thermal sciences labs,
• Science lab,
• Systems labs.
• Software labs: Software labs are basically interactive rooms equipped with CAD/CAM, Algor, Ansys, Solid Egde, Rino Cero and Corel Draw software.
• Mechanical engineering labs,
• Radiometric lab: FUNDACIÓN UNIVERSITARIA LOS LIBERTADORES is equipped with a radiometric lab in order to develop basic and applied research in the field of remote sensing.
• Electronics and circuits lab,
• Power electronics lab,
• Telecommunication  lab,
• Tele-informatics lab,
• Servomechanisms lab,
• Wind tunnel labs: The University has a supersonic wind tunnel located in the hangar workshop.

Energy Research Line

Supported by the Research Direction, drift Environmental Quality and Cleaner Production Line, through Alternative Energy Sources, Fuels, Vehicles, Air Quality and Use Rational of Energy.

This study seeks to strengthen research and generate process and development of product and services to the community and education.

FUNDACIÓN UNIVERSITARIA LOS LIBERTADORES is offering counseling psychology in order to help people discover their personal power and achieve intellectual, emotional and spiritual harmony.

FUNDACIÓN UNIVERSITARIA LOS LIBERTADORES offers its students extracurricular activities, such as sports and cultural events. The Sports and Recreation Office, as well as The Culture and Recreation Office are aiming to develop mentally and physically stable human beings with a wide and sensitive perception of the world.

The social objective of the FUNDACIÓN UNIVERSITARIA LOS LIBERTADORES’ Health Service is to provide integral health care to the university community, by means of health, prevention, and rehabilitation promotion.
