Invitation to a market dialogue on a planned tender contest — framework agreement for anaesthesia apparatuses for St Olavs Hospital Trust.

Sykehusinnkjøp HF will, on behalf of St Olavs Hospital Trust, hold a tender contest for a framework agreement for anaesthesia apparatuses for St Olavs Hospital HF.

In order to be able to prepare the specifications in the best possible way, we would like to map the systems on the market.

Extended Description

The anaesthesia apparatuses will be used on adults, children, and neonatal anaesthesia.

The delivery must be inclusive of all components/accessories, assembly/installation and commissioning so that it functions as a whole based on the needs and requirements described.

The anaesthesia apparatuses must have advanced ventilators with a selection of ventilation modes: volume control, pressure control, pressure control with volume guarantee, pressure support with SIMV-frequency, as well as electronic evaporators. It must also be possible to use it as a long term ventilator for intensive care patients.

It must be possible to assemble monitoring equipment on the anaesthesia apparatuses as desired. Consumables in the form of tubes, filters, and CO2 sampling tubes should not be specific to an apparatus. The anaesthesia apparatuses must have automatic vapour gas control function. It is an advantage if the apparatus is ready for a system for recycling/recirculating anaesthesia gas.

The tender also covers the provision of services – and maintenance agreements where it will be important to clarify the need for service – and maintenance, and to clarify the annual operating costs expected after the warranty expires.

Note that the tender will be based on a function and performance description as a specification method.

The contracting authority invites interested parties to a market dialogue in Trondheim.

Separate meetings will be held of approx. 1.5 hours with each interested party.

The meetings will be held on 27 April 21 on Teams.

The final meeting time for the day will be sent when we have a total overview of the number of registered companies.

We are considering sending the requirements specification to interested parties for a hearing, if we deem it appropriate.

The contracting authority will plan a tender contest notice as soon as the final requirement specifications are ready.
