The EUIPO intends to award the tender for building and civil works, mainly at its Alicante headquarters, in two lots.
Lot 1: works with a budget equal to or below 100 000 EUR, through a cascade procedure.
Lot 2: works with a budget over 100 000 EUR and equal to or below 1 000 000 EUR, through a reopening of competition procedure.
The scope of the services requested includes the physical implementation and management of the works, all technical, administrative, organisational and control activities necessary to guarantee the quality of the services, delivery of the ‘as-built’ documentation and its entry into the BIM models, commissioning of the infrastructures and facilities and training for the staff in charge, and the provision of a works team present at the headquarters.
