Diverse Rijksorganisaties maken op dit moment gebruik van een Leer Management Systeem (hierna: LMS) om het leren en ontwikkelen binnen hun organisatie te ondersteunen en faciliteren.
De huidige overeenkomst Rijksbreed LMS (IUC16-404) met Conclusion B.V. eindigt uiterlijk per 1 november 2025. Vanwege het bredere gebruik van het huidige LMS is het doel om een nieuwe Rijksbrede overeenkomst voor een vergelijkbare oplossing af te sluiten. Voordat we een start maken met de aanbesteding is het wenselijk om in de vorm van een marktconsultatie meer inzicht te krijgen in wat de markt op dit moment kan bieden rondom Leer Management Systemen en/of -behoeften van het Rijk aansluiten bij wat de markt kan bieden
