Titled “The Enemy Within: The Security Risks of U.S. Law Enforcement’s Use of Chinese Drones,” the event will feature keynote remarks by the Honorable Ellen M. Lord, Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment, and a panel discussion that will include Mr. Groves, along with a retired senior NYPD official and leading experts from The Heritage Foundation.
