Trulioo Appoints Leigh Ramsden as New Chief Financial Officer

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Nov. 6, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Trulioo, the leading global identity verification company, announced today that Leigh Ramsden will join the company as Chief Financial Officer, effective November 16, 2020. Mr. Ramsden brings more than 20 years of financial analysis and progressive leadership experience to Trulioo and will succeed Anne Lawlor, who will be retiring after serving the company for more than eight years. Ms. Lawlor will remain an advisor to the company to ensure a smooth transition.

Previously, Mr. Ramsden served as Absolute Software's Interim Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance, where he successfully led the development of Absolute's financial planning and analysis function and financial technology infrastructure. He also recently participated in a successful US$69 million public equity raise and cross-listing to Nasdaq for the company.
