Full Circle Compliance (FCC) assists its clients in identifying and minimizing their export risks and streamlining their compliance program. Our goal is to make our clients’ organizations self-sufficient in trade compliance.

FCC is an international trade compliance service center with hands-on experience in working with industry and government authorities. We are familiar with a wide range of U.S. and European trade compliance laws and regulations, including export controls (e.g. ITAR, EAR, EU Dual-Use), anti-trust, anti-bribery, anti-corruption, and overall trade compliance.

We have developed a horizontal oversight model, or Internal Compliance Program framework, that helps our clients audit, benchmark, and manage risks related to their business operations. We can transform trade compliance issues into a distinct commercial advantage over their competitors. We train, educate, and support all professionals involved, and we help them understand the importance of trade compliance, which minimizes compliance violations that could disrupt business operations and access to important export markets and technologies.

FCC’s clients include government organizations and businesses in various industries, including but not limited to aerospace & defense, oil & gas, automotive, medical devices, and transportation & logistics. Together with the University of Liverpool in London, FCC has developed the first Executive Master’s in International Trade Compliance (EMITC) degree program. No comparable program currently exists in the world.
