Extended Description

Communicating with the population about the work that is being carried out in parliament is an important assignment for the Norwegian Parliament. Our communication activities are widespread and include, amongst other things, guided tours and interactive games, various events and seminars, press work and communication in digital channels on the internet and in social media. In addition the administration at the Norwegian Parliament is responsible for facilitating for good internal communication and for communicating internally with MPs, employees in the party groups and employees in the administration. We are also responsible for communication in crises.

Examples of the required assistance in communication work can be:

- Assistance in developing, improving and quality assuring our communication work.

- Assistance in developing a new strategy for internal and external communication.

- Planning and implementing break even analyses for strategic communication work.

- Preparing proposals for measurements that will be carried out in the strategy period, in order to measure the effect of the communication measures.

- Planning, implementing and analysing an annual survey with inhabitants that is adapted to our needs.

- Planning, implementing and analysing different types of internal surveys, both qualitative and quantitative against the communication goals for internal communication.

- Contributing in the ongoing work of adjusting goals and measures by comparing findings from the measurements and recommending changes.

- Consultancy, planning measures for priorities in social media and effect measurements.

- General consultancy within communication.
