The project "automation of payroll" is a project in collaboration with the Norwegian Digitalisation Agency. The project is as of 2021 in a planning phase. This involves mapping todays solution with regard to the end users change requests and mapping of the technical structure. The intent of the project is to digitize and automate manual work related processes. Each process is associated electronic forms used by the customers. The project aims to replace the manual processes in each form. The manual work is done by both the customers and employees of DFØ. At the end of each process and form a payroll is completed. Through digitizing this will largely automate the payroll process for our customers. By digitizing processes and forms a number of positive effects for both customers and DFØ will be achieved.

DFØ wishes to offer its solutions in the best possible way for our customers and the public sector as a whole and will continually have a need for both strategic and technical guidance in order to achieve this. This arrangement will primarily be used by DFØs payroll division and their offerings.
The most central things DFØ wish to achieve in the long run are:
• to secure that our solutions are ready for the future and effective, while keeping the customer central;
• that our solutions are secure and in accordance with applicable laws on personal data and information security;
• that our solutions improve and continually develop to increase the value add for our customers.
