Without limiting the Entities represented by Ørsted Wind Power A/S legal rights to use UNCE qualification system for other types of contracts, such contracts includes but not limited to the cables, turbines, foundations including secondary structures, electrical systems, installation vessels, accommodation vessels, supply ships, helicopter services, substations, SCADA systems, communication systems, repairs including main components,
spare parts, consultancy services related to wind farms, IT systems, engineering services, certification services. Further, all types of administrative services inclusive but not limited to procurement services, legal services, accounting services and goods relevant for the group functions can be purchased through the UNCE qualification system. This also includes but is not limited to IT services, management consultancy, facility management, auditing, travel and accommodation.
Entities represented by Ørsted Wind Power A/S will carry out tenders in UNCE qualification systems and encourages any interested suppliers to register in UNCE qualification system. The contracting entities reserves the right to carry out tender procedures by other means i.e. by use of more specific qualification systems published by contracting entities or by use of contract notices in TED.
The CPV-codes referred to in this notice are examples of the works, services and goods that can be purchased through UNCE. These CPV-codes apply in parallel to the CPV-codes stated in previous notices from Achilles and the contracting entities.

The Scope of Work for the tender under the UNCE qualification system will be for Landfall Horizontal Directional Drill (HDD) and Transition Joint Bay project for both Baltica 02 and Baltica 03.
The scope consists of all activities necessary to complete the construction of 3 x HDD for Baltica 03 and 4 x HDD for Baltica 02. Comprising of a single HDPE duct for each HDD. It is envisaged that the HDPE Ducts will be 1000m each of 900mm HDPE SDR11. The scope will also include for the construction of total 7 Transition Joint Bays (3 for Baltica 03 & 4 for Baltica 02). Inclusive of concrete chambers to facilitate Fibre Optic Cable Jointing, Link Box chambers and the installation of an earthing Matt to allow the system to be connected at a later date by a different scope.
The HDPE Ducts will facilitate the subsequent installation of export cables between the Offshore Wind Farm and the onshore grid network. The cable installation scope is undertaken under a separate contract and is not part of this tender.
The landfall site is located within the Village of Lubiatowo, on the northern coast of the Pomerania Voivodeship, approximately 20km East of Leba and 50km North-West of Gdynia. Contract Award will expectedly be Q2 2023. Pre-Commencement Activities will take place at the Site, which will be available for selected Contractor from Q4 2024. The expected installation year is respectively 2024-25 for Baltica 03 and 2025 for Baltica 02.
