Applications management and development, frontend and backend.
The Norwegian Parliament has a need for assistance for consulting, management and development of the Norwegian Parliament’s IT portfolio. The need for assistance is in the following professional areas:
— team management flexible methods (scrum master, agile coach, etc.),
— IT architecture,
— user experience,
— applications management and new development (frontend, backend and fullstack),
— integration and API design, development and management.
The Norwegian Parliament’s IT environment is largely based on Microsoft products and development tools. The Norwegian Parliament has a broad portfolio of applications developed for Windows and Web-platforms with REST based services. In addition to self-developed systems, the Norwegian Parliament is responsible to integrate and adapt ‘off the shelf’ and cloud services to our own system landscape.
The Norwegian Parliament bases self-developed solutions primarily on Microsoft .Net Core, ASP.NET, C#, MVC, Web-API, Windows Forms, Sharepoint, T-SQL etc. Office 365 and Sharepoint online are examples of technologies that are on the way in examples of development tools are Visual studio 2017, VSTS, TFS, SQL server, Octopus Deploy, and monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
