Hire of sea-going vessels with crew

The scope of work comprises the turnkey delivery of specified Main Component exchange (MCE) services to be performed under the end-to-end responsibility at Gode Wind 01 & 02 Offshore Wind Farms in Germany.

The Contracting Entity will enter into a framework agreement with one (1) Supplier. The duration of this agreement will be two (2) years plus an option to extend the contract with twelve (12) months. This option can be applied three (3) times, giving the contract a maximum length of five (5) years. The Tenderer is not guaranteed any minimum number of call-offs or any minimum payment under this Framework Agreement.

The Contracting Entity has decided to also include the following envisaged total

maximums of 25MCEs during the 5 years contract. The Purchases under the Framework Agreement will be made by direct award via a Call Off.

The Supplier shall support a main port call for the SOV on the German offshore windfarms every 14 days. This is subject to change due to COVID restrictions (28 day between port call).

Since the offshore O&M works are performed all year round, support can and will be required during weekends, public holidays and outside normal office hours.

The Client may request, additional services that are within the Supplier’s capabilities.

The Supplier shall provide all personnel, equipment, documentation and materials to carry out the port agent’s scope.

The scope of Services (the “Scope of Services”) for the tender comprises the supply of Crew Transfer Vessels (“CTV”) and is divided into three (3) lots. The CTVs will support Ørsted’s construction and commissioning of the BKR03 and GOW03 wind farms in the German Bight. The CTVs will be employed on a 24/7 basis for most of the contract period and stay offshore with the crew resting onboard in the German Bight for extended periods of time. The CTVs will be used to transport wind turbine technicians, equipment, IMDG cargo, liquids such as fuel and water, and spare parts from, to and in between onshore and offshore structures (including the offshore substations, WTG’s and service operation vessels)

Ørsted Wind Power A/S is undertaking Structural Inspection Below Water (SIBW) on annual basis and repairs on demand on our offshore wind farms.

The SIBW and repairs are planned cross-portfolio meaning all Ørsted sites in operation in:

- Germany: Borkum Riffgrund 01, 02 & 03, Gode Wind 01, 02 & 03

- Denmark: Horns Rev 02, Nysted Havmølle park and Anholt

- and the Netherlands: Borselle 01 & 02

The Services comprises the following:

General visual inspection

▪ Support structures, including appurtenances

Close visual inspections of cable protection and route system

Performed on each cable route, with the following criterion:

• Cable positioning in cable protection system

• Cable exposure including inspection of cable protection system

• Horizontal and/or vertical cable free span from cable exit in cable protection system to seabed.

Anode cage design (only)

▪ Cleaning, check and maintenance of critical connections

Marine growth inspection

▪ Thickness readings covering soft and hard marine growth measurements taken from pre-determined cardinal points vertically and circumferentially.

Cathodic protection system (CPS) readings

▪ Cleaning of selected anodes to estimate anode depletion.

▪ Potential contact readings taken externally on the jacket/transmission piece (TP) and monopile

(MP) at pre-determined points both vertically and circumferentially

Note: It is only expected that the Supplier cleans as much as is required to get a reliable anode

depletion estimate or a minimum of 1m linear meter of each face.

Supply, Commissioning and Service of Davit Cranes for the Borkum Riffgrund 03 & Gode Wind 03 Offshore Wind Farms, in Germany.

The scope of works includes, as an option for Ørsted, the service of davit cranes (scheduled, unscheduled maintenance and troubleshooting) as well as the statutory inspections on davit cranes and optionally on foundations. The Service Agreement covers the period from the date of the Take-Over Certificate for the first crane commissioned offshore until the date of the Take-Over Certificate for the last crane commissioned offshore plus 24 months. In this way the Service Agreement will cover the full warranty period for all the cranes. The Service Agreement will have an option for extension for up to additional 5 years (5 extensions for 12 months each). The Contracting Entity will inform the Supplier about the extension of each term of the Service Agreement with a prior written 30-days notice.

The tenderer can only submit one tender in this procedure, meaning that only tenders for the full scope of 108 cranes will be accepted (BKR03: 83 cranes, GOW03: 23 cranes, and 2 training cranes).

The CTVs will support Ørsted’s operational wind farms across Europe in maintaining and operating the wind farms by supporting inspections, turbine maintenance and the replacement of key parts. The CTVs will be used to transport wind turbine technicians, equipment, IMDG, liquids such as fuel and water, and spare parts from, to and in between onshore and offshore structures (including the offshore substations and service operation vessels).

The procurement is for a framework agreement with 2 tenderers for the hire of project managers for the building and construction division in Statnett SF. There will be an estimated 2 call-offs a year, but the need can be both greater and smaller. The framework agreement will be valid for 2 years, with an option for an extension for 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 year.

Statnett needs to hire a coordinator for execution in a 100 % position for the construction of a new 420 kV line from Lysebotn in Sandnes Municipality to Fagrafjell in Time Municipality. The assignment will start as soon as possible and will run until 31 December 2021. Optional extensions for 6 + 6 + 6 + 6 months.

Fjernvarme Fyn Service A/S har behov for rensning af de tre affaldskedler i Fjernvarme Fyn. Affaldskedel 11 og 12 er Vølund kedler og affaldskedel 13 er Steinmüller kedel – total indfyret mængde 289 000 tons.

Udbuddet omfatter rensning af kedler og tilhørende anlæg i forbindelse med revision og havarier.

Chemicals are essential for supplying safe, clean drinking water and for treating waste water treatment so that it can be returned to the North West's waterways. Some chemicals are supplied by several companies, whilst some are only supplied by one company to the whole of the UK water industry. This therefore means that the company have to manage this risk and these suppliers differently, it is vital to the company to have consistency of supply and the relevant quality of chemicals to meet the regulatory demands of the Drinking Water Inspectorate (DWI) and the Environment Agency (EA).

Chemicals are and will continue to be needed to clean drinking water and to treat waste water. The company is regulated by the DWI and the EA and must meet stringent chemical regulations set out by both regulatory bodies.

The supplier shall supply and deliver hydrated and quick lime and milk of lime as requested by the company’s personnel. This is used for pH correction on clean water sites and to add alkalinity to aid ammonia removal, adjust final effluent pH and is used to condition sludge cake on waste water sites.

Any lime supplied to clean water sites must be registered on the DWI Reg. 31 list. Liquid and powdered lime must adhere to BSEN No 12518:2014 Chemicals used for treatment of water intended for human consumption – high calcium lime.

The scope of the contract is to upgrade the circuit boards at the Avedøre Power Plant Unit 1 to secure another 15+ years of lifetime. This includes changing all the feed and crossover breakers for the 0.4 kV circuit boards and to the secured power supply, all MCB’s in the secured DC power supply circuit boards and changing the arc protection.

United Utilities Water Ltd (UUW) need to maintain adequate and current wastewater network models for efficient and effective management of their wastewater network. These models are required for a number of business uses ranging from operational activities to the support and optimisation of the design for major capital works.

High-quality, reliable data is required to ensure that these models reflect the performance of the wastewater network as accurately as possible. Surveys of wastewater assets are required in the design and implementation of capital schemes. Therefore, the company is looking to renew its specialist data collection framework to ensure that these needs continue to be met. This framework comprises 2 lots:
