The Contracting Entity will enter into a framework agreement with one (1) Supplier. The duration of this agreement will be two (2) years plus an option to extend the contract with twelve (12) months. This option can be applied three (3) times, giving the contract a maximum length of five (5) years. The Tenderer is not guaranteed any minimum number of call-offs or any minimum payment under this Framework Agreement.
The Contracting Entity has decided to also include the following envisaged total
maximums of 25MCEs during the 5 years contract. The Purchases under the Framework Agreement will be made by direct award via a Call Off.

Port and forwarding agency services
The Supplier shall support the operation of the SOV‘(s) & CTV’(s) for all German offshore windfarms, when the vessels are scheduled to enter the specified port.
The Supplier shall support a main port call for the SOV on the German offshore windfarms every 14 days. This is subject to change due to COVID restrictions (28 day between port call).
Since the offshore O&M works are performed all year round, support can and will be required during weekends, public holidays and outside normal office hours.
The Client may request, additional services that are within the Supplier’s capabilities.

The preliminary and anticipated scope of work (the "Scope of Work") for the tender comprises 23 Davit Cranes for GOW03, 83 Davit Cranes for BKR03 and 2 onshore based cranes for training purposes which are to be manufactured and supplied for the upcoming German projects - Borkum Riffgrund 03 Offshore Wind Farm and Gode Wind 03 Offshore Wind Farm.

Affaldskedel 11 og 12 er Vølund kedler og affaldskedel 13 er Steinmüller kedel – total indfyret mængde 289 000 tons. Udbuddet omfatter rensning af kedler og tilhørende anlæg i forbindelse med revision og havarier.
På halmkedel har Fjernvarme Fyn A/S behov for rensning af den halmfyrede kedel med tilhørende anlæg. Ydelsen på kedlen er 68MW el og 112 MJ varme. Indfyret halmmængde var i 2018 170 000 tons. Udbuddet omfatter rensning af Fjernvarme Fyns halmfyrede blok (blok 8) i forbindelse med revision, rensestop og havarier.

Lime
The supplier shall supply and deliver hydrated and quick lime and milk of lime as requested by the company’s personnel. This is used for pH correction on clean water sites and to add alkalinity to aid ammonia removal, adjust final effluent pH and is used to condition sludge cake on waste water sites.
Chemicals are essential for supplying safe, clean drinking water and for treating waste water treatment so that it can be returned to the North West's waterways. Some chemicals are supplied by several companies, whilst some are only supplied by one company to the whole of the UK water industry. This therefore means that the company have to manage this risk and these suppliers differently, it is vital to the company to have consistency of supply and the relevant quality of chemicals to meet the regulatory demands of the Drinking Water Inspectorate (DWI) and the Environment Agency (EA).
Chemicals are and will continue to be needed to clean drinking water and to treat waste water. The company is regulated by the DWI and the EA and must meet stringent chemical regulations set out by both regulatory bodies.

The scope of the contract is to upgrade the circuit boards at the Avedøre Power Plant Unit 1 to secure another 15+ years of lifetime. This includes changing all the feed and crossover breakers for the 0.4 kV circuit boards and to the secured power supply, all MCB’s in the secured DC power supply circuit boards and changing the arc protection.
